Once the Integration task log says Executed successfully and its status is STOPPED, go to the integration's Browse data page to browse the collected stats and view it by different breakdowns.
Here's what you'll see on the page:
The browsing parameters are set to default and since, in our case, the data set collected from your TikTok account so not have any data for that date range, the corresponding message is displayed.
Let's change the parameters to browse your data.
There are just two of them: date range and breakdowns.
To browse your data, set them to the ones you wish to use.
In the date range picker select the dates you need. Let it be the same range used for data collection Integration task - Jan 1 - Jan 31, 2021. Might as well be a shorter one.
Next, click DATE and select the other breakdown(-s) you wish to view. In our case, that would be CAMPAIGN only.
Now you're viewing the exact same data that your TikTok account has on Campaign breakdown for the date range of Jan 1 - Jan 31, 2021.
ℹ Kind reminder!
This data is fake and TikTok is being used only as an example of a data source.
You can already check some facts and have some answers on this page by using our data browsing features to work with your data.
Working with data
We are yet to get to the data visualizing features, however even at this very point you can assess certain sides of your data.
Quick glance at the metrics
The graph, for example, allows you to see how the metric changes with time. You can switch between the metrics available in this data set (see 5 in the screenshot here).
Each day's value is available on the graph point hover:
When do these two campaigns have Installs over 80?
Which Chinese campaigns are not doing great in Views and Subscriptions?
Note that your breakdowns can be filtered using the search query one, too. Say, you need to find out which campaigns are not doing their best in China. You know that the
cn tag marks the Chinese campaigns and you wish to check them by their Views and Subscriptions metrics values. So the query would be
Campaign = *cn* where Views <= 60 and Subscriptions <= 6 and this is what you'll see:
By the way, if you need a particular view on your hard drive, you can download the .CSV (see 9 here) anytime.
So at this point you can browse the data collected from your TikTok account during a single Integration task run. This data will certainly get outdated with time, so in order to grant the relevance, a data collection schedule needs to be set up.
