The Dashboards section contains dashboards that can be dedicated to any purpose for a comfortable statistics monitoring. Placing multiple widgets on them makes it much easier to get a grip of a whole situation visualized in grids and charts just by looking at one browser tab.
Each dashboards you create can hold multiple widgets of any Integration and it can also be shared with other users.
At the moment shared dashboards only support read-only mode: the changes made to it by a non-owner will not be applied to the widget.
Opening the Dashboards page for the first time, you will be asked to create your first dashboard.
After creating it, start filling your dashboard with widgets by clicking the +ADD WIDGET button (see the number 9 here).
Widget is a dashboard element that displays statistic of a certain selected Integration in a chosen form.
Currently there are two types of widgets: Datagrid and Chart. In the older JustControl.it accounts the deprecated Line chart widget can also be found.
Setting and adjusting your widget's browsing and filtering parameters, you can make it show the statistics you need.
Browsing parameters depend on the widget type. Statistics is filtered using the query filter.
Here's an example of a dashboard that is created on our Workflow in details: Visualize the data. The dashboards is dedicated to monitoring the account owner's overall Spend. It has a widget for each of the following requests:
- How the metric changes with time
- How this week's Spend is different from the last week's one
- Which campaign exceeds a certain value
- How much does every manager spend on their campaigns
- How much does each country contribute to the overall Spend
From bottom to top:
As you can see, having a look at such a dashboard, the account's owner gets an idea about one of their main metrics from various points of view.
